General
Private stylish Villa of ultimate luxury with stunning ocean view. Devided into two floors, the Villa can host from six to eight persons (Three Master Bedrooms and One extra room, the library, that can accommodate twin beds). The ground level floor has a spacious roofed terrace, a dining area overlooking the private garden and one master bedroom which enjoys a lovely view of the sea and garden . On the first floor of the Villa you will find an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining room with floor to ceiling windows opening to the large terrace and pool deck all with beautiful sea views. Next to the living area, the Library which provides for those moments of relaxation and entertainment, with the luxurious full length couches and large, flat screen television. On this same floor there are the other two master bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, terraces and gorgeous views of the sea. The entire villa has been designed to maximise the ocean views with emphasis on the green vegetation and movement of water.

King size bed or convertible in two twin beds with ocean view, sitting area, private terrace and large in suite Bathroom, with separate Shower and deep soaking Bathtub (1025 sq ft; 95m2, including terrace).
Bedroom 4
Library can be configured with two twins or one king size bed to create the 4th bedroom with private bathroom.
All bedrooms are equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment (flat-screen TV, stereo, DVD, IPod station, room and bathroom speakers).
Three master bedrooms, a private library that can become a fourth private bedroom with it’s own private bathroom.
Wood-paneled Library with en-suite bathroom. Media room, surround-sound large screen home theater. Library can be outfitted with two twins or one king size bed.
